Designed-Permitted-Built this dental office within 5 months. Our greatest challenge on this project was to core (13) 3"-5" holes within an existing slab above an existing operating tenant and run all utilities to 8 operatory rooms, new plumbing locations and new restroom. 

Design-Permitted-Built. Our greatest challenge on this project was designing/permitting ventilation system that meet building code and creating a space that would accommodate an existing award winning salon into smaller foot print.

We performed as a subcontractor on this project with another General Contractor. Our scope of work include demolition, ceiling tile replacement, flooring, painting, pressure washing building and HVAC diffuser replacement.
