Our Process.
Pre-Construction
A well planned project from its inception has positive long term returns. Prior planning solves problems such as safety risks, material delays, labor shortages, budget overruns, constructability issues, design and/or engineering conflicts, permitting and insurances.
Construction
Our objectives during the construction process are a definable checklist of tasks that support our construction goals. A few are jobsite safety, client satisfaction, cost control, high quality workmanship, effective construction-schedule management, problem resolution and finishing the construction on-time .
Post-Construction
Post Construction close-out begins at the beginning of construction. Several document types and records are provided to our clients along with warranties, certified pay applications, lien releases, progress photos, as-built drawings, certificate of occupancy and owner operation & maintenance manuals.
