Greater Dental Health
Peachtree Corners, GA
Carter Construction Partners proudly provided Design/Build services for the interior build-out of an upscale dental office in Peachtree Corners, GA. The project was successfully designed, permitted, and completed within just five months. One of the most significant challenges was coring thirteen (13) 3"-5" holes through an existing slab located above an active tenant. This required careful coordination to run utilities to eight operatory rooms, new plumbing installations, and newly constructed restrooms.
Salon Greco
Suwanee, GA
Carter Construction Partners was honored to serve as the general contractor for the tenant build-out of Salon Greco, a European Day Spa, in Suwanee, GA. The project featured the installation of hair stations, shampoo bowls, a nail station, and massage and facial rooms, creating a luxurious and functional space for clients. Our greatest challenge was completing the design, permitting, construction, and securing the Certificate of Occupancy within a tight timeframe, as the owner's lease was set to expire in just a few months. We are proud to have been entrusted by the owners to deliver this project on schedule and thoroughly enjoyed bringing their vision to life!

Carter Construction Partners was honored to manage a comprehensive renovation project that included select interior demolition, painting, ceiling tile replacement, select flooring replacement, installation of new HVAC diffusers throughout, and the addition of a new HVAC split unit. The scope of work also included building pressure washing to ensure a refreshed and polished appearance. We are proud to have delivered these improvements with precision and care, enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the space.
