​Allen Carter founded Carter Construction Partners on a simple conviction: that clients deserve to feel confident in the building process from the first conversation to final delivery.

A licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Georgia, Allen brings a rare combination of academic depth and hands-on field experience to every project. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Georgia State University — a foundation that shapes how he approaches every project: with equal parts technical rigor and business discipline.

His career spans some of the most complex construction environments in the industry. Allen has served as Project Manager on a $50M automated storage and retrieval distribution facility, a $55M cold storage fulfillment center, and has contributed to projects as large as a $1.2B plasma treatment facility and a $586M airport expansion. That breadth of experience — across federal, industrial, commercial, and retail construction — informs how Carter Construction Partners approaches every engagement, regardless of size.

At the helm of Carter Construction Partners, Allen leads with the same discipline and attention to detail he developed across decades of large-scale project delivery. He oversees estimating, planning, procurement, scheduling, execution, and financial operations — while keeping the focus where it belongs: on the client's goals and the quality of the finished product.

When he's not building, Allen is looking for the next opportunity to do it better.
